Seytroux was designed for a client with a small family near to the skiing area of St-Jean D’Aulps, in the Rhone Alps.  Architectural plans were to include the wonderful views down the valley and South facing.

Scope of Work

Chalet on two floors above basement, 155sqm meters above foundations.

The chalet on the ground floor is mainly open plan, kitchen, living area, log burner, open spiral staircase to 3 bedrooms on the second floor.  The lovely aspect of looking down the valley, was one side with big glass door opening onto the balcony for sitting and admiring the views.

The chalet was built in Larch wood from Northern Europe, grey exterior doors and windows to match, Dark Monier french tiles were used on the roofing.  We were on site for 3 months from start to finish.
