This chalet was designed for a village in the French Alps, the constraints that the buildings have to be of traditional design.   Building restrictions in some villages state what type of design and regulations on build.

SCOPE OF WORK

Eco Panels for all exterior and interior walls.  Double glazed windows, can be in wood, coloured pvc, matching exterior doors.  Monier tiles to finish the roof covering.  Choice of railings designs and colour of cladded exterior wood.

For example on price:   150.000 euros for manufacture, delivery, and construction.

Not included tax and foundations
