Underfloor Heating
Water based heating

Underfloor Water Heating works through a maze of underfloor, triple layered (plastic and metals) pipes that cover the entire surface area of the floor. They provide similar heating to electric and water based radiators and deliver it more uniformly under tiles, wooden floors and carpets. Since the water is run at lower temperatures, this type of heating is much cheaper to run.

This type of technology is available with all Nest & Invest houses.
We are able to source and incorporate this at the time during the design.

Most Customers are familiar with underfloor heating systems, these are often based on electric heat elements. With underfloor water heating there are considerable efficiencies to be gained. Firstly these systems are water based and use the latest in multicore plastic and metal piping. They cover the entire floor space of a house and run at much lower temperatures (30-40 Celcius) than traditional radiators (80-85 Celcius), as such they need less energy to run.

For the more ecofriendly customers, heat pumps can be combined with an under ground heat source which will further reduce the cost of maintaing the heat in your new home.
