Dining: Seating for 6. The spacious living room with open fireplace and bar, has a dining area at one end. In the summer, one normally dines on the terrace enjoying the scenery, warm breeze coming off the Mediterranean sea.

Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. The TV has a 32" HDTV screen. The Sony remote control micro system has a digital tuner, cassette player and 3 CD changer. Outside: Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. Large Private Swimming Pool, 12.6 metres long, 2.7 metres deep, and small pool at one end for children, with an outdoor shower and barbecue. The pool room contains a mini bar, washbasin and WC.

Travel: Low Cost airline, Easyjet fliy to Valencia. Reus airport (1 hour drive), Ryanair flies daily into Reus. Thomsonfly, First Choice, Flythomascook, Flybe, fly to Reus between May and October. Barcelona airport (2 ½ hours drive), low-cost airlines (Easyjet, Bmibaby, Monarch Etc) fly to Barcelona throughout the year from several regions of the UK. Trains to Valencia and Barcelona go from Vinaros and Benicarlo. The trip to Barcelona takes around two hours (by car or train), to Valencia it is about one and a half hours.

The nearest major town is Castellon de la Plana to the South, which is a University town. On route are numerous old Spanish villages.

Inland, from the nearest market village (Alcala de Chivert), one can explore the landscape of stone, crags, castles and shrines (santuarios) that are a legacy from medieval times.
